Okay, I’ve mostly stayed away from the handkerchief dresses because a lot of them look too casual for this blog. But this one stands out from the rest because of the rich color combination and rich material and because of the added detail of beading.

The only problem with Access USA to ship your goods is that they demand you pay a setup fee and a monthly subscription. You can use Bongo International http://www.BongoUS.com in order to ship internationally. They will let you set up an account as a Pay Per Use customer and it only costs $5.00 to set up the account. Much better if you are just going to make one purchase.
