I’ve just ordered a Prada from europeanoutlet.com. Unfortunately, I have to wait until the end of April because they were out of stock. However, so far, the customer service was great. I received an email from them answering one of my questions. I also called them up when I was having problems with the shipping address. But so far, I have a feeling they are legitimate, especially since they offered to cancel my payment in order for me to make a new one with the correct shipping address.
The only thing is, and this was a question a friend of mine asked me and I didn’t know how to answer, how is it that they sell a purse that is valued at $1,800 for $585? If someone could explain this phenomenon… :)
I’ll keep posting updates on my order…

I bought a prada laptop messenger bag last year and when I got it everything looked and seemed like the real deal - meaning the item I received looked and felt aunthentic, it came with the tags and dust bag and even a plastic prada bag. But after a few weeks of use, the plastic piping of the messenger bag started to come off….Now I am a little skeptical about buying again from europeanoutlet.com because I would assume that a designer authentic bag would not break easily and considering it said it was a laptop messenger bag, it should be able to handle the weight of a laptop right? I dont know maybe Larissa you can tell me your experience….have you recieved your prada bag already?

I would think that the piping on a designer bag would not come off so easily, too, Clara. I’m going to look into this some more. I’ll post if I find any new info.

Ok, I was going to wait until I actually had my handbag in my own hands to post a comment, but since you guys are asking I will share my experience.
Basically I would no purchase from them again. The person who sold me the handbag had promised me two things that would have been essential for my purchase to be a successful one. First, she told me the handbag would arrive before May 5th (that was the date that I left Canada, my shipping address). Secondly, she told me I would not have to pay any fees to the Canadian customs since they mark the package as a gift.
In cocnlusion, I do not have the handbag yet because it did in fact get held up in customs, charging me a fee of $150. I had to get my sister to go to the post office to retrieve it and pay the fee. You would assume that europeanoutlet.com would have a great customer support and offer to cover the fee, since it was something they had guaranteed me I was not going to pay. But instead, they claimed it was something out of their hands. So don’t guarantee something you are unsure of, right?
My sister has shown me the bag via webcam and she is quite sure it is an authentic handbag because its quality is so impressive. I will only see it with my own eyes on June 20th when she arrives.
As I mentioned before I would not order from them again because I lost complete trust in the company and this whole purchase has been a real headache for me. Although the product looks and feels authentic, I think that the poor customer service does not make it worth it.
Let’s see what happens to it one year from now, right Clara?

Hi girls! Im from Greece and bumped into europeanoutlet.com quite by chance. Got crazy with the fantastic sales-unbelievable! I cant really say how this can be but Itook the risk to order a gucci wallet to avoid losing much money in case of a fraud. after contacting customer service, I got directed to pay via wire transfer, which is a bit risky, cause Im an intrnational byuer. So, I tranferred the money 4 days ago and yesterday emailed them to confirm the transfer as told. I llbe waiting for their replyand I let you know but Im browsing their site now and cant find the wallet among the products. however, my account presents my payment still pending. really dont know. really dont know. has anyone reached them by phone?

Hi Elena,
I was able to reach them by phone but only on certain days. The day after I made the purchase, I tried calling them and nobody picked up. I started getting nervous and freaking out about it being a fraud, especially since it was a working day in the middle of the week. So I asked myself why no one picked up. But after a day they replied to my emails, so that calmed me down.
If you are not able to reach them on one day, try the next. I have a feeling that the person working with the phone calls does not come in everyday.
In addition, today is June 21st, which mean my Prada bag has arrived! I must say I’m quite impressed. It is definitely authentic! I went to the Prada store and saw the same bag. It is identical! Very pleased!

I was glad to see that eventually somebody got something from europeanoutlet and they are pleased. However, my order is still on hold and I havent been able to reach them. BUt Ill take Larissa’s advice and keep on calling them hoping somebody picks it up. I’ ve sent them 2 e mails attaching a copy of my receipt paying via wire transfer. Got no reply so far but only 2 days have passed .Theres nothing else I can really do but wait and insist till getting tired and facing the sad truth that I lost the money because of an unreliable company. I let you know as soon as sth new comes up. We all need to know to avoid such “shiny” traps in the future.

hi larrisa…just wanted to find out what bag you ordered? and how do you know it is exactly the same? did you check the zippers too? and the lining and the controlatto cards? does it say ipi or lampo or riri on the zippers? did the sales people at prada aunthentic your bag? hope you can let us know so maybe i can still order from them . thanks clara
