Funky Yet Formal
It seems like a good portion of the dresses I find that I like are BCBG Max Azria, so I decided to go straight to the source: bcbg.com. I’ve been featuring a lot of solids on this blog, and today I’m mixing things up a bit with this funky print:
This BCBG dress features rose jacquard and metal taffeta with a sequined hem. The color is listed as “cigar,” which cracked me up. I thougt the point of marketing colors with fancy names was to make the product more appealing, not less appealing, lol. They would have been better off going with “plain brown,” or even “mud brown” sounds better than “cigar.” Here is another look at the dress on an actual person:
This is another one of those dresses where you can achieve different looks, dress down or dress up, depending on which accessories/shoes/hose/jacket you pair it with.
