How to Easily Get Overseas Shipping from ANY U.S. Company
Thanks to a growing market for companies who specialize in international mail forwarding, it’s now possible for anyone anywhere in the world to purchase items from any U.S. company, even if that company doesn’t ship internationally.
You can forward one order, or you can have orders from different companies all shipped to a central location in the United States and forwarded to you in one shipment, which will save on shipping costs. You can also set up the forwarding company’s address as a secondary address on your credit card, alleviating the problem of some U.S. companies not accepting non-U.S. credit cards.
Here are just a few of the many companies that provide this service.
1. Bongo International: (Thanks to justaformality.com reader, Lea Cullen, for pointing me toward this company in a previous post.) “Bongo International’s services provide our international consumers with a US address. The address is actually our warehouse located in the northeast. This allows consumers overseas the ability to purchase US goods, consolidate purchases, and have them shipped for international delivery.” They ship to 223 countries worldwide. They also offer personal shopping services where they will find the item you want at the best price. They’ll coordinate purchases with such sites as e-bay and craigslist, too. Read their FAQ. 2. Access USA: I’m not sure if this coupon code is still valid, but I found this on another site, so I thought I’d pass it along and you can give it a try: SO-STS30 (might be able to save you money on sign-up fees). “Our customers have complete control over the entire package forwarding process. Inbound shipments are immediately logged into our online database and our customers are notified of the arrival via e-mail. Our customers are able to view their received merchandise and schedule shipments through a personalized web page at any time, day or night.“ In addition to the standard mail forwarding, they make it eally easy to subscribe to a number of U.S. magazines from their site and have a shopping section which provides links to various U.S. companies. Read their FAQ. Find out how much it costs to sign up.
3. USA2Me: In addition to mail forwarding, personal shoppers, and online auction services, they also offer a U.S. phone line that will ring in your country, professional referral services (such as for a U.S.-based doctor or attorney), and tax and accounting services. “With your USA2Me rate plans, you may ship and receive your purchases right to your front door for as little as $2.35 per pound. Also, USA2Me’s parcel forwarding gives you the ability to consolidate your purchases or mail in a single package to save on shipping charges. Finally, for even more savings, you may request USA2Me to repackage your purchases to reduce the weight/volume and lower your shipping costs.” They currently have a special offer where you can receive a free 1-year magazine subscription (your choice of a number of popular magazines) when you sign up. Find out how much it costs to sign up.
Don’t let a company’s location stop you from getting that dress, bracelet, pair of shoes, or whatever your heart desires and deserves. Become a part of the global community by discovering the world of international mail forwarding.

Thanks for the analysis. I have been using Bongo International for about 3 months and it is working great! I just bought a ton of stuff from cutesygirl.com and used Bongo to ship the items. I did the math to see what I saved. If I had shipped with Cutesygirl.com, it would have cost me $297.00. With Bongo, the same order only cost me $129.00. I highly recomend using one of these companies to anyone outside the US. I can vouch for Bongo that they have a great service and seem to have some of the best prices too.

This is a really good article. But I would like to vouch for http://www.worldpurchases.com, they are a smaller company but I feel they give me more of a personal experience that some of the other companies i’ve used such as AccessUSA or USA2me. I also like it how they don’t charge monthly fees like some of the bigger companies.

I have used USA2Me.com mail forwarding many times for the past 3 years. They have always provided with great customer service. There prices are competitive and I usually save a lot of $$ by repacking. These services are great.
