This cloudy, swirly paint look (probably not the official name for it, but that’s what I’m calling it) is *in* right now, and nobody does it better than Matthew Willamson:
You can get this dress at Intermix (if you have $2.5k). This is very similar to another Matthew Williamson dress I featured back in January that was full-length.
