Oscar de la Renta Silk Velvet V-Neck Gown
I am a big fan of Oscar de la Renta, but this silk velvet gown is too simple to demand a $5,000 price tag to me.
This column dress features a deep plunging neckline and cascades nicely to the floor. It’s definitely very pretty, but is it $5,000 worth of pretty?

I saw this gown in InStyle Mag on Meg Ryan and fell madly in love with it (if one can fall in love with clothing). I knew that it would be expensive, but my son is getting married and that would be just elegant going down the isle with him. NOT FOR THAT PRICE. I will keep looking.
