This beautiful long blue designer dress features a floral print and ruffles down the center.
Women who will look best in this dress are tall women with long necks. The ruffle and plentifulness of fabric at the neck could overwhelm this look on a shorter woman. Oh, and leave the gloves at home! I think that’s an artsy photography thing and not meant for people to actually wear like that (or at least I hope so).
