This elegant outfit, perfect for a formal occasion, is actually two pieces — a top and a skirt. The skirt is beaded.
(This has nothing to do with the dress, but check this out: when I first looked at this model’s arms, I thought they were really hairy, but then I realized it was some sort of flaw in the photo. Haha. Did you think that too??)
