Black and White Gown: Formal Dress with Casual Feel

I like the way the straps are done on this dress with the keyhole and then coming out of the center instead of at the sides.

It has a breezy, summery feel while still being formal and elegant.  This would make a great cruise ship dress.  And it’s inexpensive.
